6 medium cooked potatoes
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
2 teaspoons salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon ground caraway or cumin
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
tomatoes, cut into wedges
6 medium cooked potatoes

Cut the potatoes into a large bowl
Combine the seasonings with olive oil and vinegar in a glass container
Stir well to combine
At the picnic, pour the mixture over the potatoes
Let it sit for 1 hour
Add the onion, mayonnaise, and mustard
Diced 2 of the hard-boiled eggs and add to the salad
Mix gently and garnish with the remaining eggs and tomatoes
Serve in 6 portions.
