2 chuchus, peeled and cooked to desired doneness

Paprika, to taste

Some chopped fresh parsley or chives

Cook the chuchus in boiling water with salt until tender, taking care not to overcook them
Drain
Eggs, beaten (optional)
Brown the sausages and slice into rounds
Mix together the mayonnaise, paprika, and mustard
In a serving dish, combine the chuchu, sausage, and sauce
Fold in the chopped herbs
Garnish with some grated cheese, if desired
Serve immediately.
