For the filling
400 g of smoked turkey breast, skinless, cut into 1 cm cubes
1 medium red onion (150 g), peeled and cut into 1 cm cubes
4 slices of pineapple in syrup (260 g), cut into 1 cm cubes
3/4 cup of chopped salted peanuts (90 g)
1 cup of mayonnaise (200 g)
1 cup of toasted cashews (140 g)

For the filling

For the crust

1/2 cup of cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces (100 g)
1/2 tablespoon of salt
3 soup spoons of ice-cold water
Prepare the filling: in a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours
Prepare the crust: in a large bowl, combine the flour, butter, and salt
Mix until you have a crumbly mixture
Add the water and knead lightly with your hands
Make a ball with the dough
Wrap it in plastic wrap and reserve in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes
Precare the oven to 180°C (medium)
With a rolling pin, roll out the dough directly onto the bottom of a 26 cm diameter tart mold until it is very thin
With a knife, trim the edges and place the dough in the tart mold
Use the remaining dough to form small rolls
Press them one by one into the sides of the tart mold to cover it completely
Trim the edges again
With a fork, poke holes in the bottom and sides of the dough in several places
Cover the dough with four pieces of parchment paper
Bake in the preheated oven until firm (about 20 minutes)
Remove from the oven and remove the parchment paper
Continue baking until the crust is golden brown (about 15 minutes)
Let it cool
Deseason on a decorative plate, fill with the reserved mixture, and serve immediately
