1/2 cup of oil
5 medium-sized bananas, sliced lengthwise
1 tablespoon of butter
500g of ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
4 crushed garlic cloves
150g of crispy bacon, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon of Calabrian red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
4 lightly beaten eggs
Salt to taste

In a frying pan with oil, fry the bananas until they're golden brown
Drain them on paper towels and set aside
Refry the ground beef in a skillet with butter, along with onion, garlic, bacon, and red pepper flakes, until the meat is tender and all liquid has evaporated
Add vinegar, season with salt, and mix well
Set aside
Grease a 24cm-diameter opening mold with Parmesan cheese
Spread the fried bananas evenly across the top, leaving no gaps (some may be left over for the topping)
Mix the ground beef with eggs and place it in the mold
Gently press down on the mixture with the back of a spoon
Top with the remaining banana slices and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 15 minutes
Let it cool slightly, then unmold
Each serving has approximately 475 calories.
