8 medium potatoes
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 slice of bread cut into small squares

Boil the potatoes until they're soft, then let them cool
Peel and mash the potatoes
Let it rest overnight without covering
Combine the flour, eggs, and salt; mix well
Sauté the onion in butter
Add the bread cubes and sauté
Takes a spoonful of potato mixture in your hand and place some bread cubes on top
Shape into balls
Repeat the process until all the dough is used up
Place the fritters in a large pot with salted boiling water
Cook uncovered for 20 minutes or until they're done
Drain and serve immediately, about 8 to 10 fritters.
