Pulse two cups of ground pork, cut into small cubes, in a machine. Add 100g of bacon. In a bowl, combine the pork with one spoonful of blended ketchup, minced onion, crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and half a cup of bread soaked in milk. Shape croquettes, coat them in flour, beaten eggs, and flour again. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown, then drain on absorbent paper. Serve with tomato sauce or ketchup.
