Masa: beat the ingredients in a blender, except for the flour
Pour into a bowl and add the flour gradually
Mix until a dough forms
If necessary, add more flour
Knead the dough and let it rest for 1 hour
Make the filling: melt the butter and sauté the onion until soft
Add the carrot, mushroom, ground meat, and potato, and cook for 3 minutes
Add the milk mixed with flour, and cook until a thick cream forms and let it cool
Open 1/3 of the dough and line the bottom of a removable cake pan
Leave some dough on the side
Spread the filling and add chopped black olives
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs, drizzle with olive oil, and let it rise until doubled in volume
Bake in a preheated medium oven.
