In a blender, beat the eggs
Add the remaining ingredients and blend further
Let it rest for 30 minutes
In a non-stick frying pan greased with butter, fry the crepes
Filling
Mix all the ingredients and cook over low heat
Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon to prevent sticking
To assemble, make stacks of crepes alternating with the filling
Finish with a little filling and serve immediately.
