2 cups of wheat in coarse form

10 kale leaves cut into strips

In a pressure cooker, cook the wheat in water for 1 hour or until it becomes soft
Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again
Combine all ingredients except kale and radish in a bowl
Place in the center of the salad plate
Arrange kale and radish around it
Garnish with olive and drizzle with oil and salt.
