For the fruit salad
2 1/4 cups of water
1 2/3 cup of sugar
6 tablespoons of lime juice
Rind of 3 limes, cut into strips
3 mangos, cut into cubes
3 papayas, cut into cubes
5 slices of pineapple, cut into pieces
6 kiwis, cut into thin slices
For the glaze
12 small passionfruits
2 1/4 cups of water
3 cups of natural yogurt
3/4 cup of sugar

Heat a pot with the water, sugar, lime juice, and lime rind strips over medium heat
Stir constantly and let it simmer for 5 minutes
Let it cool and then refrigerate
Place the fruits in a serving bowl, add the prepared mixture, and refrigerate until serving
Prepare the glaze: remove the passionfruit seeds, mix with water, and strain through a sieve
Mix well the yogurt with sugar and gradually add the passionfruit juice
Refrigerate until serving time
Serve the prepared glaze alongside the fruit salad
