Squeeze the oranges and lemons and reserve the juice
Cook the grated peel of 1 orange and 2 lemons in 3 cups of water for about 30 minutes, until it becomes soft
Add the grated carrots and 3 cups of water, and cook for approximately 15 minutes until the carrots become soft
Add the orange and lemon juices
Mix this mixture
For each cup of the same, you should add 2/3 cup of sugar
Let it simmer until it reaches the gelatin point, about 45 minutes, removing the foam that forms on the surface
Pour still hot into preheated glasses
Cool and cook in a water bath for 10 minutes
Distribute into 3 1/2 cups.
