1 envelope of unflavored red gelatin (12g)
1/2 cup of water
2 large strawberries, hulled and seeded, finely grated
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 small cup of non-fat plain yogurt (200g)
3 egg whites
4 tablespoons of cornstarch

Soak the gelatin in cold water
Let it sit for a few minutes
Bring to low heat and stir until the gelatin dissolves
Remove from heat
Add the grated strawberries mixed with lemon juice
Stir well
Add the yogurt and stir carefully
Beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks
Add the cornstarch, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff and shiny peaks form (do not overbeat)
Fold in the strawberry cream mixture, stirring gently until no more bubbles appear
Pour into individual serving dishes or a glass bowl
Chill for 10 hours.
