Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Mix flour, yeast, and salt in one bowl
In another bowl, mix melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and whole milk until homogeneous
Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir quickly
Distribute among muffin liners and bake for 25 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool
Heat the geléia in a small saucepan over low heat until melted
Pipe into a pastry bag
Unmold the muffins, insert the piping bag, and fill with the geléia
Dust with grated orange zest and serve.
