Preheat the oven to medium temperature
In a refrigerator, combine the caramel sauce with the egg yolks and bake in the oven until golden brown
Remove from the oven and cover with the melted guava jam mixed with wine
Beat the egg whites until fluffy, then add the sugar slowly and beat until stiff peaks form
Cover the tart and bake in the oven until golden brown
Bake at a medium temperature.
