6 tablespoons of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 can of half-and-half without cream
Moisture for the cake
1 medium-sized apple, peeled and cored
1/2 cup of sugar
1 xicara (chalice) of water
1 cinnamon stick

2 cans of condensed milk
6 tablespoons of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 can of half-and-half without cream
Moisture for the cake
1 medium-sized apple, peeled and cored
1/2 cup of sugar
1 xicara (chalice) of water
1 cinnamon stick
Cake white
Melt the eggs slightly with sugar and wheat flour for a few minutes
Put in a mixer and beat well
Add the flour gradually, then add the melted butter and warm milk
Mix slowly and delicately without beating until the mixture is homogeneous
Pour into a 22cm diameter round cake pan greased and leave to bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes
Cake black (chocolate)
Follow the same procedure as before, adding only chocolate to the flour when mixing
Moisture for the cake
Bring all to a boil, simmer well, cool and reserve
Filling - White Brigadeiro
Melt the condensed milk with egg yolks over low heat and mix until it detaches from the pan
When cooled, add the whipped cream and mix well
Filling - Black Brigadeiro
Melt the condensed milk, dark chocolate, and butter in a pan over low heat
Mix until it detaches from the pan
When cooled, add the whipped cream and mix well
To assemble
Cut the two cakes in half to fill them
Place the first part of the black cake on a plate and moisten it with the moisture
Next, cover with white brigadeiro
Then place delicately the lower part of the white cake (the bottom) also moistened with the moisture
Cover with black brigadeiro
Repeat the operation with the remaining two parts
Finally, cover the entire cake with black brigadeiro and decorate with chocolate shavings.
