Preheat the oven to hot (400°F)
Grease a ring mold or a 9-inch round cake pan with butter
In a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Reserve
In another bowl, combine the butter, sugar, and yolks and beat well
Add the flour mixed with yeast, alternating with milk, and beat until smooth
Add the reserved egg whites and mix gently
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let it cool down
Remove from the mold and serve.
