1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

1/2 cup of milk
Grated zest from 1 lime
Fresh lime juice from 1 lime

Fresh lime juice from 1 lime
Beat the butter or margarine with the sugar (1 cup)
Add the beaten eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and lime zest
Pour into a greased 32 x 22 x 5 cm pan
Bake in a moderate oven for about 25 minutes
While this is happening, mix together the remaining 2/3 cup of sugar with the fresh lime juice
Spread this mixture over the warm cake
Bake for an additional 5 minutes
Cut into squares when still warm.
