Unroll the phyllo dough on a flat surface and cover with butter
Spread over it the filling (nuts, sugar, and orange blossom water)
Cover the filling with another layer of phyllo dough
Arrange the pastry in a greased baking dish
Cut the pastry into triangles with a knife
Brush with melted butter and bake until crispy
Let cool and serve with the syrup
Instructions for the syrup:
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves
Add lemon juice, then orange blossom water after it has cooled.
