2 cups of fresh mangoes, peeled and chopped (2 large mangoes)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of hazelnuts, chopped

Grease a 37 x 26 cm baking dish
Sift the flour with cinnamon, yeast, and baking soda
In a large bowl, beat the butter or margarine with sugar at high speed until smooth and creamy
Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition
Add the mangoes, vanilla extract, and mix
Add the flour mixture, alternating with milk, and mix only enough to combine well
Add the raisins and hazelnuts
Spread in the prepared baking dish
Bake in moderate temperature (170°C) for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let cool, then loosen the edges with a knife and turn out
Cut into squares of 3 cm and serve as desired
