In a bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, egg, butter, salt, and yeast
Mix well until smooth
Add the cornstarch gradually, stirring well to form a homogeneous dough that can be rolled out
Let it rest for 20 minutes
Shape the fritters, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Leave some space between the fritters, as they will grow quite large
Gently pat each fritter with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden.
