Beat the butter or margarine in a bowl until it becomes fluffy
Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until creamy
Add the vanilla extract and mix well
Add the flour and nuts, and beat well
Chill the dough in the refrigerator until it has a good consistency for rolling
Take 2 tablespoons of dough and shape into rolls, folding the ends towards the middle
Place them on a baking sheet, leaving about 1.5 cm between each roll, without greasing
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly golden
Let cool slightly, then remove from the baking sheet and dust with confectioner's sugar
Make about 90 crescent rolls.
