4 pancake discs for dessert (see basic dough recipes)
250 g of ricotta or 1 cup of creamy quark cheese
1 lightly beaten egg
1/3 cup of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 cup of fresh strawberries, or raspberries cut into pieces

250 g of ricotta or 1 cup of creamy quark cheese

1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 cup of fresh strawberries, or raspberries cut into pieces
Mix the ricotta or quark cheese with the egg
Add the sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon
Mix well
Place 4 tablespoons of filling for each tartine
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C), for about 25 minutes
Let cool for about 15 minutes
Garnish with fresh fruits.
