Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and butter to obtain a coarse crumb
Form a depression in the center and add the eggs and water
Make circular motions from the inside out to mix
Knead until smooth
Divide into four parts
Flour each piece on a floured surface and cut into rectangular shapes of 31 x 13 cm
Fill each rectangle with sliced strawberries
Fold the dough and close well
