1 cup of your preferred liqueur
1/2 cup of sugar

Peel the tangerine and remove the rind from the slices
Reserve in a bowl
Wash the plum well and cut it into chunks with the skin and add to the tangerines
Peel the mango, cut it into cubes and put it in the bowl with the other fruits
Cover with sugar and let it rest for an hour
Transfer to a pan and pour in the liqueur
Bring to a boil over high heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes, or until the fruits are tender but not mushy
Serve with whipped cream.
