2 ripe mangos, Haden type (1 kg)
2 cups of pineapple, cut into small cubes
1 cup of papaya, cut into small cubes
1 cup of strawberries, halved lengthwise
tablespoons of honey
1 banana-prata, sliced into rounds
2 fresh plums, cut into thin slices
Hortelä leaves for decorating

1 Cut the mangos into chunks and blend in a processor or blender until smooth
2 Strain the mango puree through a sieve over a bowl, add honey and mix well
Distribute the resulting cream among six dishes and refrigerate while preparing the fruit
3 In a bowl, mix together all the remaining fruits
Remove the dishes from the refrigerator and spread the fruit salad over the cream
4 Cover with plastic wrap and chill again
At serving time, decorate with Hortelä leaves.
