2 cups of gnocchi

In a large pot, place 2.5 liters of water, cover it, bring to a boil, and let it simmer
Add one tablespoon of salt, stir, and let it simmer again
Add the gnocchi in batches, stir, and cook without covering until al dente
Drain the gnocchi
Rinse with cold water and drain again

Combine all ingredients and mix well
Add the gnocchi and mix again
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.
