1/4 cup of vinegar
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
1/3 cup of water
4 pink oranges or grapefruits, peeled and segmented
1 handfull of chopped pecans
2 tablespoons of toasted breadcrumbs
250g cooked and seasoned shrimp
8 small green onions, thinly sliced
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a blender, blend the olive oil, vinegar, ginger, and water until well emulsified
Season and reserve
Prepare four individual plates and distribute the orange segments, pecans, breadcrumbs, and shrimp in the center
Sprinkle the green onions over the oranges and drizzle with the reserved dressing
Serve immediately
