2 sprigs of rosemary
1/4 cup of white port wine, dry
12 shrimp, cleaned (350g)
1/2 cup of white honey (300g)
1 small sweet marjoram leaf, cut into thin slices
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup of olive oil
4 green onions
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a pot with boiling water, add rosemary and port wine, shrimp and let cook for 3 minutes
DRAIN the shrimp and let cool down
Cut the honey pulp into small triangles
Arrange the salad distributing all ingredients, except olive oil and green onion, in four plates
Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle with a thread of olive oil
Place the green onion on top and serve
