3 cups cooked turnip, diced
2 cups cucumber slices
lime juice
acidic cream cheese seasoning (see recipe below)
The turnips should be well chilled. Peel the cucumbers and cut into thin slices. Squeeze a bit of lime juice over the turnip and mix with the cucumber slices. Use the following seasoning:
1 tablespoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup acidic cream cheese
3 cups cooked turnip, diced

Mix all ingredients, except for acidic cream cheese
Let it rest for 5 minutes
Add 2 tablespoons of cream and mix very well
Add the remaining cream
If the seasoning is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water
Serve in a 1-cup serving.
