In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix delicately
Set aside
Prepare the dressing: in a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients well with an electric mixer
Add the dressing to the reserved ingredients in the bowl
Distribute over the lettuce leaves in the prepared salad bowl
Garnish with toasted almonds and serve immediately
