Approximately 1 1/2 cups of cucumber, peeled and cut into small cubes
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup of sweet pepper, cut into small cubes
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of flavorless gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
1 cup of whipped cream

1 cup of whipped cream
Mix the cucumber, salt, pepper, and lemon juice
Leave the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, dissolve it in a bain-marie, and mix well with the whipped cream
Add the mixture and pour into molds
Put to chill.
