Heat some oil in a frying pan
Fry the puff pastry strips until golden brown
Place them on paper towels to remove excess fat. Reserve
Wash the green leaves thoroughly and dry them
Cut the buffalo mozzarella into slices
Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, remove seeds, and cut them into cubes
In a salad bowl, arrange the green leaves, mozzarella, tomatoes, and olives
Place the puff pastry strips on top of the salad
Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to serve.
