4 tablespoons of white wine
3 tablespoons of mustard
1 kilogram of chicken pieces
3 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup of green onion, finely chopped
salt and black pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups of spinach or chive, chopped
1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch
4 tablespoons of white wine
3 tablespoons of mustard
1 kilogram of chicken pieces

Mix the wine and mustard
Add the chicken pieces and let it rest for 30 minutes
Place 2 cups of water in a pot and put the chicken pieces in the perforated part
Sprinkle with parsley, green onion, salt, and black pepper
Cook in a steamer for about 35 minutes
Add spinach in the last 5 minutes
Beat the spinach leaves and the pot broth in a blender
Return to heat and thicken with cornstarch
Pour over the chicken
Serve hot.
