Drain and rinse a can of cooked white beans (or an equivalent amount if cooking at home) and let it dry
Roast one red bell pepper: slice it into strips, place it in a baking dish and put it in the oven until tender
Chop and add to a large bowl
Add some chopped fresh parsley leaves and one minced garlic clove
Add the beans, season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix well
Pour in one tablespoon of olive oil and stir again to distribute.
