1 cup of natural yogurt - 240 g
1 clove of garlic, minced - 4 g
1 tablespoon of mustard - 5 g
2 tablespoons of chopped green onion - 14 g
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley - 10 g
Salt and black pepper to taste

Wash the spinach, dry, and tear into pieces
Do the same with the lettuce
Arrange the leaves in a salad bowl
Mix all dressing ingredients and dress the salad
If there's extra, this dressing can be stored in the fridge, sealed, for 5 days.
