1 package (500 g) of whole grain seven grains
1 package (300 g) of wild rice
1 kg of fresh shrimp, shell removed
4 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, diced
Chives and thyme finely chopped to taste
Lime zest to taste
1/2 cup lime juice
Crisp sea salt with black pepper and white pepper (or flaky sea salt)
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Cook the grains, along with wild rice, in water with salt
Brown the shrimp in olive oil with garlic
Let them cool and mix everything together
Add the tomatoes, seasonings, and serve
