1 medium onion, finely chopped

500g shrimp, cleaned
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated ginger
1 tablespoon salt
1 small head of radicchio, thinly sliced
1 small bunch of arugula, chopped
1 small head of lettuce, finely chopped

In a skillet, heat the onion, garlic, and olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the mixture starts to caramelize
Add the shrimp, lemon juice, ginger, and salt
Cook for three minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through
Remove from heat and set aside
In a salad bowl or individual plates, arrange the greens and top with the warm shrimp sauce
Serve immediately.
