2 cups of grated Minas cheese with 1/3 cup of milk
1/2 cup of grated carrots
1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions
1/2 cup of finely chopped green peppers
6 radishes cut into thin slices
A pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil and vinegar seasoning (see recipe below)
