4 tomatoes
50g of black olives
1 can of tuna
6 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of capers
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of vinegar

thin strips of red bell pepper, grilled or roasted

Cut the previously blanched tomatoes into wedges and arrange them on a platter with the minced garlic
Place the tuna salad on top of the tomatoes, along with the chopped anchovies, capers, olives, and mustard
Mash the hard-boiled eggs with a fork to desired texture
Mix the mustard, olive oil, and vinegar together and drizzle over the tomatoes
Top with the mashed eggs and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley
Garnish with radishes and thin strips of red bell pepper.
