Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water
Add cold water
Gradually add warm gelatin to mayonnaise, mixing well
Combine remaining gelatin and mix well
Add yogurt and stir carefully
Chill in refrigerator until it reaches a consistency similar to egg whites, without whipping
Add cabbage and carrot
Pour into a decorative mold with capacity for 3 cups, lightly greased with oil, and chill until firm
To serve, unmold and decorate to taste
