2 medium sweet potatoes
1 cup of biscuit flour
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 pinch of salt
Oil for frying

Wash and cook the sweet potato until it's soft
Remove the skin and cut the sweet potato into large chunks

In a bowl, mix together the biscuit flour and grated Parmesan cheese
Dip the sweet potato chunks in beaten egg with salt, then coat them in the flour mixture

Heat a skillet with oil over medium heat
Fry the sweet potatoes until they're golden brown
Place on paper towels to remove excess fat and serve immediately.
