1/2 kg of beef (tenderloin) ground
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of anchovy paste
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of chopped nuts
1/2 kg of beef (tenderloin) ground

Combine all ingredients, except for the nuts
Shape into balls and coat with chopped nuts
Refrigerate until time to serve.
