50g of smoked salmon
Half a lemon, squeezed
A pinch of dill (endive)
5 leaves of American lettuce

Spread the cream cheese over the tortilla
Top with smoked salmon, lemon juice, dill, and American lettuce
Roll up, seal the ends, and roll again
Cut in half, both transversely and diagonally
Serve chilled, garnish as desired
