1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound potatoes
1/2 pound cod
2 eggs
4 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium onion, finely chopped
Salt to taste
For frying
2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup all-purpose flour

The night before, soak the cod in milk
Change the water at least three times
Drain the fish, put it into a pot with plenty of water and bring to a boil
Drain, flake, and remove the bones
Cook the potatoes in plenty of water until they're soft
Peel and press through a food mill
Put the garlic and onion into a pan with some olive oil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring quickly
Add the cod and cook at high heat, stirring for 5 minutes
Add the parsley, green onion, oregano, and black pepper
Remove from heat
Combine the mashed potatoes with the cod mixture
Mix well
Add the eggs and wheat flour and mix with your hands
Taste and adjust the salt
With your hands greased with oil, shape the fritters, coat them in all-purpose flour, and fry them in hot oil
Drain on paper towels.
