20 medium shrimp (600 g)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (15 ml)
salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup mayonnaise (225 g)
1 cup whipped cream (240 g)
3 tablespoons ketchup (45 g)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (10 ml)
1 tablespoon cognac (15 ml)

Clean the shrimp, reserving 4 with shells
Season them with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper
Cut the shrimp without shells into bite-sized pieces
Place them (including the whole ones) in a pan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, until they're cooked through
Let them cool
Set aside
In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients
Add the shrimp pieces and refrigerate until serving time
Distribute the mixture among 4 prepared cocktail glasses and garnish with the whole shrimp
Serve 4 portions.
