240g of conchiglie pasta or other medium-sized pasta
1 bunch of broccoli
salt
1 can of drained peas
150g of cooked ham, cut into slices
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
240g of conchiglie pasta or other medium-sized pasta
1 bunch of broccoli

Prepare 1 hour in advance
Cook the pasta as usual
Drain, place in a large bowl and reserve
Wash and cut the broccoli stalks
Place the florets in a pot with salted water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 8 minutes or until tender
Drain and combine with the pasta
Add the peas
Cut the ham slices into 2cm wide strips and add to the pasta mixture
Mix all other ingredients together and combine with the salad
Refrigerate until serving time
Serve 6 portions.
