Mayonnaise
Add the egg whites to the yolks one by one, beating until bubbles form in the mixture
Add the flour, mixing without beating
Place in a greased and floured baking sheet
After baking, spread over a damp cloth towel
Fill with catupiry cheese cream mixed with milk
Top with thinly sliced cooked ham
Roll up while still warm and let cool
When serving, top with a layer of mayonnaise
Serve in slices as an appetizer
