In a large skillet, over high heat, sauté the onion in olive oil, stirring occasionally, until it is soft and translucent (approximately 3 minutes)
Add the green corn, peas, and butter, and cook, stirring constantly, until they are tender (about 10 minutes)
Add the salted leafy greens, salt, and sugar, mix well, and cook for about 1 minute
Add the yogurt and stir well to heat
Transfer to a large serving plate and serve immediately
