Grate the parsley and peel the apples
Cut them into fine sticks, without using the seed part
Mix quickly with lemon juice
Cut the cheese into sticks and add the chopped walnuts not too finely
Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and whiskey
Beat the fresh or canned cream until it thickens
Mix with the mayonnaise to taste
Mix carefully with all remaining ingredients
Serving immediately
