36 cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
chopped lettuce in strips
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of chopped scallions
2 tablespoons of chopped bell pepper, seeds removed
2 tablespoons of chopped sweet basil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Arrange the lettuce in six individual serving dishes
Place 6 cooked shrimp on top of each dish
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled well
Mix all other ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour
Serve the sauce over the shrimp, spooned, at serving time
Serve 6 portions.
